What are the steps for equipment EPC delivery?

Update Time:2026/9/2
Our full‑scope EPC delivery covers 8 key phases, with an overall project cycle ranging from 4‑8 months:

1. Requirement Input
Receive the customer’s continuous‑flow process development requirements and conduct feasibility assessment.

2. Lab‑scale Verification
Carry out process development and feasibility verification. Generate a report covering process parameters and industrialization orientation.

3. Process Optimization
Conduct in‑depth optimization of process conditions, collect comprehensive process data for scale‑up design, and deliver a process optimization report.

4. Pilot‑scale Verification
Perform pilot‑scale research with pilot‑scale equipment and defined process conditions to verify process scale‑up, and issue a pilot verification report.

5. Industrial‑scale Engineering Design
Complete detailed engineering design for industrial‑scale units based on pilot test results.

6. Modular Skid Fabrication
Manufacture skid‑mounted reaction equipment in accordance with the industrial‑scale engineering design.

7. Equipment Delivery
Deliver static equipment to the customer. Complete on‑site erection, single‑point commissioning, water‑loop test and acceptance inspection.

8.Pre‑commissioning
The project owner prepares for start‑up and raw‑material feeding per the pre‑commissioning plan.

Total overall lead time: 4‑8 months.
