This year brings a landmark milestone to the global precision heat exchange and thermal equipment industry: two authoritative national standards for heat exchangers have entered formal implementation phases in China.
1. NB/T 11917-2025 Diffusion-Bonded Heat Exchangers
Issued by National Energy Administration of China, this standard is officially effective now.
2. GB/T 47194-2026 Microchannel Heat Exchangers
Released by SAC Standardization Administration of China, this regulation will officially take effect on September 1, 2026.

With rapid global market penetration of microchannel PCHE devices across cross-industry applications, unified global standards covering product design, precision manufacturing, diffusion bonding process inspection, hydraulic thermal performance testing, fatigue evaluation, material selection and safety certification have turned into an urgent shared demand for thermal equipment manufacturers, EPC contractors, energy operators and engineering institutes worldwide.

We own complete full-chain independent capabilities covering PCHE fluid channel simulation design, metal diffusion welding processing, precision CNC machining, material compatibility testing, thermal hydraulic performance bench inspection and after-sales industrial site technical service.
Our standard-setting industry layout started back in 2010, when we initiated independent R&D and commercial mass production of diffusion bonded microchannel PCHEs — at that time, the domestic compact heat exchanger industry lacked any unified technical specifications.
1. We developed China’s first exclusive enterprise standard specially customized for PCHE printed circuit heat exchangers, fully reviewed and certified by SAC Standardization Administration of China.
2. In 2023, relying on abundant cross-industry field verification projects, we took the lead in drafting China’s first official industrial association standard for PCHE heat exchangers, converting our proprietary manufacturing and application experience into shared universal industry technical consensus.
3. Mass verified industrial test data, material matching reports and offshore project operation records developed by our team were fully cited and absorbed during the compilation of industrial sector standards and national-level standards.
